I am unable to get refund until now. The company delibrately holds back my payment and asked me to go to small claim court to settle. Even when court order in my favour, they still refuse to pay up. They are hoping people would eventually drop it so they could get away with it. Keep up the good job.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. i sent them a message on sunday, and got a reply within the hour. it was quick and easy. they arranged for a pickup the next day and got back to me with the diagnosis, turns out my gpu was short circuited so they helped me made a small upgrade from a 3060 ti to a 3070 ti, and i was able to get my pc back within 11 days (but that's bc i was overseas and could only collect it (from the delivery man) after 11 days). overrall, the whole process was fast, to the point and easy for me to understand what happened to my pc and got it fixed.Posted onTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I had sent my MacBook to authorized service & repair centre for diagnosis and repair works before sending it to letusrepair. Collected back my MacBook from there , as they suggested not to replace any parts ( not worthy ) purchasing new MacBook is better than repair or replacement works. There , I had searched the third party servic providers to repair my Mac and found letusrepair. Letusrepair team especially technician Alvin is very patient and kept his promise to check within a day. The next day he called me that your Mac was still repairable. He had fixed my MacBook within the period he promised to me and returned back to my doorstep. Of course , they are abit slow in terms of preparation of invoices and delivery arrangement . To me , still understandable coz they have a lot of customers to reply daily with limited resources. Excellent service from letusrepair ( at least they valued customers' request not like authorized service dealers - no accountability). Cannot repair and collect back the MacBook dat is it. I have seen bad reviews in the website but I can say that no one is perfect and sometimes it depends on the unforeseen matters and quality of products. My MacBook also still monitoring at this moment but they offered 6 months warranty. Thank you !
